At CORSAURA, each corset is crafted with precision and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

No stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage.
Once your return passes quality inspection, we will ship the replacement size.
Note: Customers are responsible for replacement shipping charges (the cost of sending the exchanged product back to you) unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Returns (Refunds)
We do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a defective item.

You received an incorrect product.
For quality assurance and precautionary purposes, we strongly recommend recording a clear 360° unboxing video at the time of delivery.
This video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label, and the product condition.
Claims regarding damage, defects, or incorrect items without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-sized corsets
- Made-to-measure orders
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotion
- Any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or shows signs of damage
- Items not returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact
